Job Description:

• Oversee the production process for ZEUS and MPS, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize production workflows.

• Manage the fielding of systems, including logistics, installation, and integration with customer environments.

• Develop and implement support strategies for deployed systems, including maintenance schedules, troubleshooting protocols, and upgrades.

• Collaborate with customer support teams to address operational issues and ensure high system availability.

• Monitor system performance and gather feedback to inform future improvements.

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers, providing regular updates on project progress.

• Ensure all activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, reports, and meeting records.

• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in defense, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors.

• Strong understanding of directed energy systems, missile simulation technologies, or related fields.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• US citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with government contracts, defense systems, or military applications.

• Familiarity with systems engineering principles and lifecycle management.
