General Manager

Overview

Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is seeking a highly motivated management candidate who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced, growing family entertainment center. The perfect candidate will be an outgoing, and energetic individual with a passion for guest service and a willingness to learn everything about our business.

• As the General Manager, you are responsible for the overall operation of the center including; meeting or exceeding revenue and cost objectives, hiring, training and motivating team members while working with the team to ensure guest service levels exceed expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Develop location-based goals and initiatives to support business strategy and achieve corporate goals
• Understand and adhere to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Perform appropriate analysis of P&L and oversight of department managers to achieve all revenue category goals, including ensuring proper cash handling procedures, developing and implementing upselling opportunities, and creating and enforcing proper transaction processes
• Train and manage department managers to ensure product and guest service standards are met throughout the location
• Work closely with department managers and corporate staff to implement revenue-driving initiatives including:
  • League sales and development
  • Seasonal promotions
  • Restaurant promotion
• Lead a salaried management team of 5-8
• Oversee a team of 50-60 hourly team members to exceed guests' expectations
