Program Manager. As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it is imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need an experienced program management specialist like you who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of law enforcement. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning and regular interactions with the client and development teams.

You Have
  • Experience managing large technical contracts of 100+ FTE, including timely performance, compliance, accuracy, and completeness across multiple work streams and project teams
  • Experience executing Agile methodologies, including SAFe
  • Experience in a flexible environment, interacting with IT executives, business product owners, developers, and functional managers
  • Experience using Atlassian and Microsoft Office products to manage projects and staff
  • Ability to identify risks proactively, recommend mitigating actions, and drive them to resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision making, problem solving, work delegation, and employee development
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience performing in program and project management roles, or 14+ years of experience performing in program and project management roles in lieu of degree
  • SAFe Certification
Nice If You Have
  • Experience managing vendors, including subcontractor management
  • Experience supporting large innovation and integration platforms
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies and infrastructure
  • Master’s degree
Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
