Assistant Managers play a key role in ensuring every guest is fully satisfied with their experience, not just with our doughnuts but overall in our shops. You will support and motivate team members, helping them reach their potential. This role also offers development opportunities towards becoming a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services: Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service, handle difficult situations professionally, maintain shop organization, and ensure product quality standards.

Sales: Collaborate with the General Manager to meet sales and profitability goals, including managing Hot Light times, retail sales, and fundraising initiatives.

Production and Equipment: Maximize efficiency in doughnut production, oversee quality control, and inspect equipment for issues.

Safety and Sanitation: Ensure the shop is clean and safe, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety protocols.

People Management: Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff, demonstrating leadership during shifts.

Accounting: Support budget management, including tracking income and expenses, and reporting sales data.

Physical Activity: Be prepared to lift up to 75 pounds, assist with decorating and packing doughnuts, and perform cleaning tasks. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, experience in sales and customer service, leadership skills, good communication, friendly demeanor, and some college experience is preferred.
