Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our Huntsville, AL facility. This is a full-time, on-site position. The General Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, managing staff, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Day-to-day tasks include team management, planning and executing events, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with various departments to achieve business goals.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in customer service, guest satisfaction, and conflict resolution
  • Experience in financial management, strategic planning, and achieving operational goals
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Background in hospitality, entertainment, food service, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Passion for delivering quality experiences and leading a team to success
