We are currently recruiting highly qualified candidates, whose background and career goals meet our needs, for the following position in our Huntsville, AL facility. Please note that due to our Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.

• Position requires person to be a professional, self‑motivated individual with negotiation skills
• Enhance the supply chain through data and cost analysis to minimize material costs within the region
• Interface with the supply base, supply‑chain peers, and plant‑level teams
• Follow strategies for focus areas to include material cost optimization and inventory management
• Assist in resolving a wide range of issues involving plant and/or supplier inquiries, complaints, or special requests by employing problem‑solving skills
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough communication through telephone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings
• Collaborate with management and plant program teams to improve the cost‑reduction process using data collected
• Develop and report cost‑management related metrics and analysis

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably in contract manufacturing
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and negotiate
• Oracle experience is a plus
