Associate Attorney

Overview

Rubin Lublin, LLC is seeking a bright and motivated attorney, with 5-8 years’ experience, to work in our real estate group. This position will include litigation, title and compliance. The position may be hybrid/remote, but the attorney must be physically located in Alabama.

• Managing deadlines effectively and efficiently
• Preparing pleadings, discovery and responses well in advance of deadlines
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
• Appearing in court and at depositions
• Reviewing title reports

• 5-8 years’ experience in real estate and/or title law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and self-management capability
• Licensed to practice in Alabama and resides in Alabama
