This full-time hybrid role as an Insurance Specialist is based in the Huntsville-Decatur-Albertville Area, with the flexibility to work remotely  Insurance Specialist is responsible for educating clients about insurance products, developing customized solutions to meet client needs, and maintaining strong relationships. Additional responsibilities include guiding clients through the process of selecting policies, assisting with claims, and ensuring a positive customer service experience.

Collaboration with other team members and staying informed of industry trends is a key aspect of this role.

• Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
• Knowledge or experience in Finance and related concepts
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting with flexibility to adapt between office and remote work
• Licenses or certifications in insurance or finance are a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
