Sr. Software Development Manager

$140,000 – $170,000

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and a database administrator.
• Translate business requirements into scalable application functionality.
• Design and manage application integrations across business systems.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions and data extracts.
• Review code, guide architecture decisions, and support development best practices.
• Collaborate with executives and business leaders on technology initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and software development policies.

• Experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
• Strong background in Microsoft SQL Server and T‑SQL development.
• Experience building system integrations and working with web services.
• Experience with C# development.
• Experience supporting or integrating with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Comfort presenting technical concepts in executive-level discussions.
