• Cross-module and cross-product administration/engineering of existing and development of new solutions, taking into account the specifications of SAP AG, best practice (compliance) and RUAG internal specifications.
• Technical administration/engineering and customizing of the SAP modules Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
• Mapping, understanding and optimizing business processes in the SAP environment
• Carrying out internal reviews and developing optimization measures in the technical environment on this basis
• Creating and carrying out application tests in compliance with quality criteria
• Participation in the creation and optimisation of developer guidelines
• Advising business partners in the operational and project business with regard to SAP Finance & Controlling
• Preparing quotations and cost estimates
• Participation in and (technical) (partial) management of projects or assignments in the SAP environment
• Carrying out changes as part of the change management process
• Training/knowledge transfer and support of employees, business partners & key users
• Organization and moderation of regular SAP FI/CO application boards
• Analysis and elimination of reported malfunctions (3rd level support)
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting as part of the problem management process
• Planning and organizing orderly operational handovers
• Creating and updating operating manuals, instructions and checklists

• Studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or business administration
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP FI/CO application support
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BW 7.3 and/or BW4/HANA
• Experience in data extraction and data modelling as well as in report development
• Experience in project management and project implementation
• German language knowledge is a plus
