Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Developer (Subject Matter Expert) to support and modernize mission-critical systems in a secure environment. This role will provide deep technical expertise, lead development efforts, and support complex application and database solutions.

• Serve as a technical SME for application development and system integration
• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Perl in a Linux (Red Hat) environment
• Support and enhance database functionality using PL/SQL
• Implement and maintain data security controls, including Oracle Label Security
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades and enhancements
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and mentoring to team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years of experience with Perl development
• Strong experience working in Linux (Red Hat) environments
• Active Top Secret security clearance (required at time of hire)

• Experience with Oracle Label Security
• Strong PL/SQL development experience
• Background supporting DoD or federal programs
• Experience working in secure or classified environments
