Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to oversee the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of network and telephony infrastructure. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership to manage a team of network engineers and administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and support to the network team
- Collaborate with engineering experts to design cabling environments for wired and wireless networks
- Optimize and troubleshoot complex network configurations for maximum performance
Qualifications:
- Languages:
Bilingual in Korean and English - Experience: 4-8 years in a relevant field
- Education:
Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline - Certifications:
Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCSP) required - Proficient in structured copper and fiber cabling standards
- Expertise in routing, load balancing, and both static and dynamic routing protocols
- Strong knowledge of VPNs, MPLS, Cisco IOS, and network design/implementation
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions
- Familiarity with QoS technologies and Cisco VoIP/Unified Communications products
- Understanding of network security technologies (IPSEC, SSL/VPN, firewalls)
- Basic experience with network analysis tools (Sniffer, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
