We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Systems Administrator / Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer to maintain, monitor and optimize our enterprise infrastructure across data center, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role blends hands‑on infrastructure operations with a forward‑thinking approach to automation, observability, and service reliability. You will collaborate closely with IT, Security, and Application teams to ensure system uptime, performance and scalability while helping drive modernization and infrastructure‑as‑code initiatives.

• Provide daily operational support for servers, storage, virtualization, and network systems across on‑premises and cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Perform incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management for infrastructure issues.
• Design and implement scalable architectures supporting both current operations and future growth.
• Maintain, enhance, and tune system monitoring and alerting tools to improve visibility and responsiveness.
• Apply system patches, firmware updates, and configuration management changes in a controlled manner.
• Automate routine tasks using Power Shell, Python, or Ansible to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy infrastructure changes in production and test environments.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for critical system support.
• Contribute to capacity planning, performance optimization, and service availability initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and incident resolutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to peers and junior administrators.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or system operations within enterprise or hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Open Stack) and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring and automation tools.
• Proficiency in performance tuning and system observability across hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in developing automation and IaC using Bash, Power Shell, Python, Terraform and Ansible, in a large‑scale enterprise Git‑based environment.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).
• Understanding of network administration, cybersecurity best practices, and proficiency in identifying and executing automation and in use of associated tools:
  Power Shell, Bash, Python, Jenkins, and Git.
• Experience with Dev Ops and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform) is a plus.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP) preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, enterprise security standards, and compliance‑driven operations.
• Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure or cloud migration projects.
• Understanding of security and compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOC
  2).
