Join Northrop Grumman as a Software Engineering Manager 3 within Command and Control (C2) for the Sentinel program. The role is located in Huntsville, AL or Colorado Springs, CO.

• Lead a team of 70–100 software, systems, and test engineers.
• Manage program budgets, schedules, risk, and opportunities across multiple teams.
• Coordinate resources, staffing, and performance to meet program deliverables.
• Implement agile software development practices and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Develop metrics, forecast work scope, and communicate status to program leadership.
• Serve as a senior technical lead and mentor within the C2 Software System organization.

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience, or master’s degree and 6 years of experience, or an additional 4 years in lieu of degree.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain SAP.
• Strong experience in EVMS in an Agile environment.
• Track record of program performance, interpersonal team building, and management experience.
• Experience managing software development programs and knowledge of the Sentinel or other DoD weapon systems.

• Excellent technical writing and team building skills.
• Subcontractor technical oversight experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and with Confluence/JIRA.
• Ability to mentor and build a high-performing data team.

Primary salary range: $175,500 – $276,500 annually. Additional benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO, and potential bonuses.
