Ignite is seeking a Senior VTC Administrator to support secure and non-secure communications for U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) leadership and mission teams. This role enables real-time collaboration and operational coordination. Contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and operate secure and non-secure VTC systems
- Support Microsoft Teams-based collaboration environments
- Maintain audiovisual equipment and peripherals
- Troubleshoot connectivity and system issues
- Secret clearance (required)
- 8+ years of experience supporting VTC or audiovisual systems
- Experience supporting DoD VTC environments
- Knowledge of secure communications systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
