We are seeking an Electronics Repair Technician to support depot-level repair, overhaul, and sustainment of mission-critical defense electronic systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, reworking, and testing complex electronic assemblies to meet strict quality, reliability, and customer requirements.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic assemblies at component, board, and box level
• Perform IPC-compliant soldering, de-soldering, and component replacement
• Follow repair work instructions, travelers, schematics, and technical documentation
• Conduct functional and acceptance testing using automated and manual test equipment
• Document repair actions and test results to ensure traceability
• Support root cause and corrective action efforts
• Comply with ESD, safety, quality, and security requirements
• Support depot repair schedules and turnaround objectives
• Maintain an organized, audit-ready work area

• 2+ years of electronics repair and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
• Proficiency with electronic test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, power supplies)
• Strong soldering and rework skills

• Defense or aerospace electronics repair experience
• Environmental and acceptance testing experience

On-site depot repair and manufacturing environment supporting classified and export-controlled programs. Adherence to ESD, safety, and security protocols is required.
