SAIC is currently looking to hire an on-site Systems Administrator for our TSSL team located on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.

The ICOFT provides realistic institutional training in all areas of the THAAD Enhanced Operator/Maintainer operations and maintenance tasks for the THAAD Fire Control and Communication (TFCC), Radar, and Launcher components.

• Experience with the application of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to operating systems and other networked devices
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization, Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure

• BS and five (5) years or more experience; six (6) years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree

• Prior experience with Microsoft Server products
• Prior experience with Microsoft Windows products
• Prior experience with VMware/vSphere
• Prior experience with Omnissa (VMware) Horizon
• Prior experience with Microsoft Active Directory
• Prior experience with Cisco network devices
• Prior experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Prior experience with Network Attached Storage (NAS) Devices
• Prior experience with Power Shell

• Active Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required)

• Active CompTIA Security+ certification and applicable operating systems certifications
