• Serve as an entry-level subject matter technical expert in assigned project areas
• Analyze user needs to determine functional and technical requirements
• Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships
• Identify resources necessary to support assigned tasks
• Apply general knowledge of functional areas to support project planning and execution
• Interface with management representatives and functional proponents and provides reports.
• Prepare and deliver oral and written reports, briefings, and communications to management
• Support documentation, analysis, and coordination activities as required
• Other duties as assigned
• Must adhere to the company's policies, procedures and guidelines

• General knowledge of relevant functional and technical areas
• Ability to analyze user needs and translate them into functional requirements
• Basic understanding of task planning and functional allocation processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interface effectively with management and technical stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills appropriate to an entry-level expert role
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with limited supervision
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a minimum of a secret security clearance.

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) plus 12 years of relevant experience, or
• High School Diploma (HS) plus 15 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s Degree (MA) plus 10 years of relevant experience, or
• PhD plus 9 years of relevant experience
