Position Overview
Support the development and sustainment of weapon systems for the US Space Force and partners. Join a team with expertise in ground, near-space, and space environments, meeting strategic and tactical needs for the DoD. Qineti
Q collaborates with USSF and DoD to design, develop, and maintain essential national security requirements.
We seek a Business Analyst with experience in Air Force/Space Force program management, business operations, and administrative functions. The candidate should have knowledge of records management, Defense Travel System, and project leadership across disciplines and locations. The role involves working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure program success.
Responsibilities
- Support program management, business operations, and administrative tasks including HR, training, staffing, and collaboration
- Manage large volumes of critical program information
- Perform records management and DTS actions
- Coordinate meetings and deliverables across geographically-separated teams
Required Qualifications
- Certification in Air Force/Space Force records management and Defense Travel System
- 7 years experience managing large volumes of program-critical information
- 5 years leading projects across organizational functions
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
- TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with USSF, Space Systems Command
- Experience in a front office environment
