This role is for a Technology Business Analyst Manager who will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications and ensuring system architecture aligns with business objectives.

• Lead and deliver high-quality SAP projects or work streams with a focus on risk management, continuous process improvement, and innovation.
• Oversee professional staff or teams to achieve complex technical initiatives; manage billable client charging, lead delivery streams, and engage with external clients daily. Travel may be required based on client needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

• Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with emphasis on quality and risk management; ability to engage in research and apply best practices.
• Experience delivering SAP projects and work streams; ability to architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and configure/integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Excellent client service, relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks; ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP Project Systems; in-depth knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; experience with a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across multiple industries and ability to deliver complex client requirements. Knowledge of Project Systems leading practices and prior advisory experience related to finance and technology functions.

Ideal qualifications include

• SAP Certification (e.g., C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems).
• Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations of the core module.
• Additional SAP Finance certificates and cross-functional leadership experience are a plus.
