A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Talent Acquisition
. Position Type:
Full time Contract, Possible Temp to Direct.
Duration: 12 Months
Location:
Huntsville, AL (Remote)

• Responsible for recruiting to include sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and negotiating.
• Recruit and source candidates using multiple sourcing techniques to include internal and external databases, contact lists, job postings, networking, social media sites, complex internet searches; research and identify markets to tap for qualified talent.
• Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire.
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hire manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
• Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partner; exercise effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills.
• Upholds legal requirements and company hiring policies, and coaches and guides managers accordingly.
• Proactive tracking of progress in applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met.
• Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner, willing to take initiative and drive tasks to closure.

• Experience with SAP Success Factors.
• Technical recruiting experience in Engineering or Manufacturing; A&D experience highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management or equivalent area with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Pay Range: $40-$45 per hour. The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
