Responsibilities:- Provide full life-cycle Light Industrial/Manufacturing Recruiting, including but not limited to reviewing requisitions, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, submitting candidates to customers via vendor management systems, scheduling interviews and delivering employment offers
- Develop relationships and maintain timely communication with candidates to provide an excellent candidate experience
- Play an active role in creative sourcing to establish talent pipelines of candidates for future customer requirements
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, interactions, and other recruiting activities in Moseley’s Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS, to ensure compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures
- 8+ years staffing experience with an emphasis on aerospace and defense staffing agency experience.
- 8+ years of overall recruiting experience required
- Not afraid to cold call candidates and talk on the phone
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field strongly preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, One Note, and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn and understand computer programs, vendor management, and applicant tracking programs
- Self-Starter, must be able to multi-task between customer requirements
- Attention to Detail is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player and support the team vision
