Location: Huntsville, Alabama
Contract Type: Travel Assignment
Shift: Tuesday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join a surgical imaging team for a travel assignment in Huntsville, AL. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong OR experience, particularly in spine and orthopedic procedures, looking to deliver high-quality diagnostic care in a fast-paced environment.
ARRT (R) certification required
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program OR
Military training in Radiologic Technology with full scope of practice
Experience:
Proficiency with spine and orthopedic procedures
Hands-on experience operating OEC C-arms in the OR setting
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in accordance with department protocols and physician orders
Ensure proper operation of radiologic equipment and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with radiologists and OR teams to ensure safe and efficient imaging workflow
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
