Position:
Certified Dietary Manager / Dietary Supervisor

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Full-time | Flexible schedule

• Assist with planning, organizing, and directing daily Dietary Department operations
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local dietary and sanitation regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment
• Support menu planning and food preparation to meet residents’ nutritional needs
• Supervise dietary staff and assist with scheduling and workflow
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and meal service standards
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices
• Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve dietary services

• Serv Safe Certification required
• Minimum of 5+ years of food service experience
• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong cooking background required
• Good mathematical skills
• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Flexible schedule availability
