Registration Floater - MRI Department

Overview

This position involves registration-related activities for patient documentation, insurance verification, and basic administrative support. The role requires the ability to multi-task in a busy environment, communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and co-workers, and work independently with a motivated, pleasant demeanor.

• Registration of patient demographics
• Scan all documents associated with registration completion into patient charts
• Verifying insurance
• Answering phones, including scheduling appointments
• Proficiency in operating systems
• Assist other offices with coverage issues when needed
• Must have motivation
• Must possess a pleasant, friendly demeanor, with the ability to work independently
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, physicians, and co-workers
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Any other tasks as assigned

• Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline
• Outstanding organizational, verbal, and writing skills
• Independent and highly motivated

• Must be able to use arms, hands, and fingers skillfully
