MED is searching for an experienced leader to manage our Physical Therapy check-in staff. This is a full-time, Monday thru Friday position based at our Huntsville PT clinic.

The PT Check-In Supervisor will manage front desk operations, oversee staff at 5 clinic locations, patient scheduling, insurance verification, and act as a liaison between staff and therapists

• Staff supervision:
  Train, schedule, evaluate, and provide feedback for front desk staff
• Patient flow and scheduling
• Insurance and Billing
• Compliance
• Workflow management
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a medical practice
• Strong understanding of scheduling, patient registration, and insurance processes
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with EMR software
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
