Compensation
  • Fee-for-service compensation model

Your Role
  • Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support residents’ emotional and psychological well-being
  • Deliver ongoing therapy and follow-up care
Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in the practicing state
  • All supervisory requirements completed
  • Eligible to practice and bill independently
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
  • Genuine passion for serving older adult populations
