We are seeking a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skincare, client education, and creating meaningful patient experiences. This role is best suited for someone who is adaptable, motivated, and excited to grow alongside a developing wellness clinic. You will work closely with leadership to deliver high quality services, build strong client relationships, and help shape the patient experience as the clinic continues to evolve.

• Perform professional esthetic services with care, precision, and attention to client comfort
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and design personalized treatment plans based on client goals
• Educate clients on recommended services and home care in a way that builds trust and long term results
• Maintain a strong in room upgrade and retail recommendation approach rooted in education and client needs
• Deliver a warm, professional, and consistent client experience from start to finish
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and shared spaces
• Support client retention through rebooking, referrals, and follow through on treatment plans
• Communicate openly with leadership and contribute ideas to improve the client experience

• Active esthetician license required
• Professional liability insurance required
• Solid understanding of esthetic services and professional skincare products
• Confidence in client consultations and recommending services or retail
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence with clients
• Reliable, punctual, and self directed
