Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) is seeking a Trade Compliance Administrator to join our growing team. The Trade Compliance Administrator will serve as a liaison and advisor on trade compliance between the company's Contracting groups, Program Management teams, and company management. The role will oversee the company's compliance with trade laws and regulations regarding global trade requirements, and serve as a source of information in both foreign and domestic trade practices, logistics and international law.
The Trade Compliance Administrator will conduct internal reviews, training and audits of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) related functions as well as acquire license through Department of State and Department of Commerce for international trade.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of Export/Trade Compliance experience required.
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Thorough and demonstrated knowledge of US EAR and ITAR regulations as well as use of SNAP R and DECCS for export licensing purposes.
- Familiarity with the U.S Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR) and the Automated Export System (AESDirect), Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) & Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review (DOPSR).
- Experience submitting Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings.
- Knowledgeable with classifying hardware and technical data according to the U.S. Commerce Control List (CCL) and the U.S. Munitions List (USML).
- U.S. Citizenship required for access to ITAR-Controlled Technical Data.
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
- Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully.
