Description
Prescient Edge is seeking a SME - Analytic Tradecraft Compliance Specialist (J27 SUPPORT) to support a federal government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Security Clearance
- Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.
Requirements
- Assist in developing and planning training and exercises to meet intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
- Evaluate intelligence products for compliance with IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and ICD 203 series.
- Develop metrics, present findings, and recommend improvements to the government.
- Implement self-assessment measures to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps, and notable features in analytic tradecraft.
- Support the government in enhancing evaluation methods and product integrity.
- Coordinate development of space operational intelligence doctrine, tradecraft, training, and curricula.
- Execute curricula and lesson plans for space operational intelligence professionals.
- Assess exercises for lessons learned, identifying gaps in tradecraft and training.
- Prepare documents, briefings, and correspondence for senior leadership.
Desired Experience
- 20 years of relevant experience, with at least four years within the last 2 years.
Desired Education
- Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.
