We are seeking a Private Wealth Advisor to join a high-performing team focused on delivering personalized, purpose-driven financial strategies. In this role, you’ll lead client engagement, drive strategy, and play a key role in delivering long-term value.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deepen and expand existing client relationships — ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional service.
  • Drive new business through referral networks, COIs, and active community engagement.
  • Lead the development and presentation of holistic financial plans and wealth strategies.
  • Align client goals with investment recommendations, covering asset allocation, risk tolerance, cash flow planning, and more.
  • Act as a trusted resource for all aspects of your clients  financial lives — from portfolio management to estate planning.
  • Deliver proactive, ongoing communication to keep clients informed, confident, and aligned with their financial plan.
  • Participate in Investment Committee conversations around asset allocation and security selection.
  • Collaborate on complex planning scenarios and multi-generational wealth strategies.
  • Represent the firm at events, client programs, and community initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of direct client-facing experience in wealth management or investment advisory.
  • CFP® certification preferred — or a strong plan in place to obtain it.
  • Active Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 licenses required.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, high-trust client relationships.
  • A passion for problem-solving and a deep understanding of financial planning principles.
  • Outstanding communication skills — able to translate complex financial strategies into actionable advice for clients of all levels.
  • Familiarity with tools like eMoney, Salesforce, and Black Diamond is a plus.
  • Experience in advanced tax planning, estate strategies, and business planning is highly desired.
