Position Summary

Vali Incorporated seeks a highly qualified candidate to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) as an Advanced Analyst in Department of Defense Budget/Financial Analysis. This position will be responsible for assisting DoD Budget/Financial Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently and lead teams in solving complex problems.
• Provide daily supervision and support to teams.
• Execute program funds, monitor obligations and expenditures, and support budget development and review.
• Track, analyze, and execute program funding; prepare monthly reports.
• Use financial systems efficiently and effectively.
• Initiate Purchase Requests (PRs) using automated systems, including generating MIPRs and contract modifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to execution and daily duties.

Education/Experience Requirements

• BA/BS with 10 years' experience or MA/MS with 8 years' experience in a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Knowledge of DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES).
• Ability to support multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel with advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Understanding of the PPBE process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must have TS/SCI DoD Security Clearance.
