Quantum is seeking a Program Control Analyst to ensure programs are executed efficiently and predictably by providing accurate cost, schedule, and performance insight, enabling informed decision‑making, risk management, and successful delivery of program objectives within approved scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities- Develop, monitor, and maintain program budgets, schedules, and cost baselines to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Perform cost analysis, variance analysis, and trend forecasting to identify risks and opportunities.
- Track program performance using Estimate at Completion (EAC) and if required, Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Prepare and deliver regular financial and performance reports for program managers, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
- Analyze contractual requirements and ensure compliance with financial, scheduling, and reporting standards.
- Identify cost, schedule, and performance risks; develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with program and project teams.
- Support monthly close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance explanations.
- Assist with proposal development, including cost estimates, pricing models, and schedule assumptions.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as finance, contracts, procurement, and engineering to ensure accurate data and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in program control, financial analysis, project controls, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to perform variance analysis and identify cost and schedule trends.
- Experience developing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial models).
Skills and Qualifications
- EVMS experience and Cost and Schedule Management Skills
- Proficient in Deltek Cobra or Schedule Risk Assessment software tools
