YourKey Responsibilities
- Prioritize multiple complex projects with a strategic eye.
- Influence and question existing processes with confidence and curiosity.
- Review K‑1 extraction data, footnotes, and federal and state partnership tax returns.
- Familiarize with taxable income allocations.
- Handle corporate tax extension requests for corporate returns.
- Produce technical writing and research in a tax context.
- Comfortable working remotely in a virtual team environment.
To qualify for this role, you must have
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant investment or operating partnership tax compliance experience.
- A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
- Knowledge in partnership tax technical and transactional skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A proven record of excellence in public accounting in a top or mid‑tier firm.
- Experience with hedge funds or private equity funds preferred.

- The salary range for this job in all US locations is $90/hr to $120/hr individual salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. The Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team‑led and leader‑enabled hybrid model. Most people in external, client‑serving roles are expected to work together in person 40‑60% of the time during each engagement, project or year.
