Responsibilities
  • Greet arriving guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • When guest vehicles arrive prepare them for service using company process
  • Assist Service Advisors and Service Managers with providing guests accurate information about the status of their vehicles
  • Listen to guests' needs and direct them to their Service Advisor or the Service Manager as necessary
  • Drive vehicles to and from Service Drive, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
  • Retrieve and deliver repaired vehicle to service lane or directly to guest
  • Provide shuttle service for guests as needed, secondary to the shuttle drivers
  • Keep Service Drive and offices clear from dirt and debris
  • Keeps Service Drive free from standing water
  • Visually inspect guests' vehicles when retrieving to ensure dash lights aren’t on, and that dashboard, steering wheel, and seats are clean
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Ability to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions, required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and some Saturdays
  • Positive, can-do attitude with an eagerness to help others
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every day
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
