We are pleased to announce the opening for a Senior Project Scheduler who will join our Engineering Services Team in Huntsville, Alabama and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, and space control market spaces. The qualified candidate will be part of an exceptional team supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) mission to develop and deploy a layered Missile Defense System (MDS) to defend the United States, its deployed forces, allies, and friends from missile attacks in all phases of flight.

Qualified candidates will provide technical support for the MDA Advanced Capability Office (AC). The MDA/AC team is focused on rapidly delivering advanced asymmetric capabilities to the Warfighter to disrupt the evolving threat.

Specifically, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project completion for multiple projects throughout AC. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and be proficient in using Microsoft Project.

Duties include:

• Creating and developing detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, incorporating all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed to reflect changes in project scope and timelines.
• Analyzing project schedules to identify potential risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
• Preparing and presenting status reports to project stakeholders.
• Working closely with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment of project schedules and deadlines.
• Assisting in the allocation and management of project resources to ensure optimal utilization and project efficiency.

• BS degree in related field with 7+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a Scheduler.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate projects across multiple organizations.
• Demonstrated skill in oral and written communications, developing and presenting briefings, and preparing schedule updates for technical reports.
• Must have an active SECRET clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be able to work at our customer site on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.

• Experience with highly complex schedules, requiring coordination with multiple internal and external organizations.
• Working knowledge of the Missile Defense System and technology transition paths for rapidly delivering advanced capabilities to the Warfighter.
