is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Quality and Reliability Engineer position.
Description/Duties:
This position will support LTI Missile Field Surveillance (US and/or FMS). Duties may include (but are not limited to):
- Plan, develop, and execute field surveillance efforts to ensure the product’s success through engineering methods and technical expertise.
- Perform field assessments and collect data to validate system performance and requirement compliance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during field activities.
- Evaluate field surveillance data and report finding and recommendations.
- Review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with the product requirements and applicable standards.
- Support cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, product office and operational staff.
- Support troubleshooting activities and assist in issue resolution.
- Support engineering solutions for surveillance improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must be a US Citizen
- Resident of the Huntsville, AL (or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area)
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field and 15 years of experience or a master's degree in engineering, science, or related field and 11 years of experience
- Must be able to acquire or possess (as well as maintain) a US Secret security clearance
