We’re seeking an experienced Control Systems Design‑Build Engineer to support complex, secure facilities and mission‑critical infrastructure projects. This role works closely with architectural and engineering partners on both new construction and renovation efforts, supporting multiple customers across long‑term programs.
What You’ll Be Doing- Design and integrate control systems for secure and industrial environments
- Collaborate with A&E firms throughout the full project lifecycle
- Support multiple projects while providing technical leadership
- Work with building automation, electronic security, fire alarm, mass notification, and related systems
- Apply government design criteria and security frameworks to real‑world systems
- 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and systems mindset
- Experience with WBDG, UFC 4‑010‑06, and UFGS 25 05 11
- Background in industrial, mission‑critical, or non‑commercial environments
- Familiarity with RMF and secure system design
- Excellent communication and project leadership skills
- BS in Engineering or Cybersecurity
- Experience with microgrids, bulk power, oil & gas, or industrial control systems
- Active U.S. government security clearance (Secret or higher)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance (Secret up to TS/SCI)
