• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes.
• Design and implement tooling and fixtures to optimize production efficiency.
• Create and maintain detailed work instructions for production processes.
• Support production line operations and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Design, and Operations to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in the implementation and support of MES systems, PLM systems (e.g., Windchill), and CAD tools.
• Contribute to new product introduction (NPI) and process validation efforts.
• Candidate must be a resident of the Northern Alabama area or willing to relocate.

• Bachelors degree with 4-8 years of relevant work experience or Masters degree with 2-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to be hands-on and support production floor activities.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a final secret security clearance.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise work instructions.

• Strong background in process development, tooling design, and production support.
• Experience with Solumina, Windchill, MES systems, and Solid Works or other CAD software.
• Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability manufacturing industries.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead process improvement initiatives.
