Overview
Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Product Support Specialist to support integrated product support functions for an Army acquisition product office. The candidate will provide lifecycle logistics expertise for a new Space Program leveraging DoDI 5000.02 Middle Tier Acquisition Rapid Prototyping. This position requires a talented individual that can work within a cross functional team to develop and integrate training, supportability, maintainability, and other product support requirements across the acquisition lifecycle.
The candidate will author and implement acquisition documentation such as the Life Cycle Support Plan, Level of Repair Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis and processes, and supporting Materiel Release documents.
- Provide lifecycle logistics expertise for an Army acquisition product office and a Space Program leveraging DoDI 5000.02 Middle Tier Acquisition Rapid Prototyping.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to develop and integrate training, supportability, maintainability, and other product support requirements across the acquisition lifecycle.
- Author and implement acquisition documentation such as the Life Cycle Support Plan, Level of Repair Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis and processes, and supporting Materiel Release documents.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (can substitute 10 years of relevant DoD Logistics Lead Experience for degree).
- U.S. Citizenship with active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
- Ability to lead Logistics Product Team in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to include archiving logistics material.
- Experience with Product Support for complex, highly technical systems.
- Direct experience with fielding, maintaining, and accounting for military equipment.
- Experience supporting systems engineering reviews (Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews) ensuring integration of product support requirements into the design process.
- Direct experience with Defense Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
- Experience with development and fielding of Space and/or Electronic Warfare programs.
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Level III Logistics (or comparable civilian certificate).
- Experience with defense enterprise tools and systems (i.e. Enterprise Logistics Management System (formerly DPAS), ASSIST, etc.).
- Experience with Condition Based maintenance Plus (CBM+) enabling tools.
