Leidos is seeking a talented Project Analyst to join a diverse team that is creating unique manufacturing solutions for our growing defense programs! Our work today supports the warfighter tomorrow. This position will support a critical air defense program by supporting the Manufacturing Program Manager in the activation of a new facility and production capability. The facility will be a Leidos Defense Sector manufacturing facility and will support the ramp‑up of a major air defense program in our portfolio.

The new facility will work closely with existing Leidos Manufacturing facilities in Huntsville, Alabama. Duties will include, with the support of the Manufacturing Program Manager, developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for facility construction, tooling development, work plan generation, workforce selection and training, and general activation of a new production capability. The candidate may contribute to establishing and defining program plan requirements, delivery timeline, key performance indicators, including monitoring and reporting performance, to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.

The position will be based in Huntsville, AL but may require occasional travel as the project progresses.

• Develop work breakdown structure.
• Generate and maintain supplemental master schedule.
• Maintain tool and equipment list.
• Coordinate internal assignments and execution of facility, tooling, work instruction, tasks, etc.

• BA with a minimum of 4 years of experience, OR Masters with a minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience planning and managing project scope, cost, schedule, and overall performance to ensure goals are reached.
• Experience working with MS Project and Excel.
• Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
• Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.

• Familiarity with Costpoint ERP.
• Familiarity with risk management principles.
• Strong personnel, planning, and project management skills.

Pay Range $65,650.00 - $
