Responsibilities
  • MSRC is seeking a full-time Integrated Master Scheduler. This position requires ability to develop integrated master schedules (IMS) for Department of Defense (DoD) programs or Integrated Product Teams (IPT’s), status/update integrated master schedules, project coordination with stakeholders, critical path analysis, analyzing schedule risk and contributing to the development and maintenance of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Job candidate must be able to integrate tiered master plans and schedules for DoD programs and lead/manage multi-schedule implementations and develop cross-project linking solutions.
  • Job candidate must be able to lead Program/IPT’s and interact heavily with external customers and stakeholders.
  • Other responsibilities include participating and/or supporting technical and business meetings, providing program analysis support and applying knowledge of DoD systems and development/tracking and execution of contract information as directed as well as applying policies and procedures relative to program and project management.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    BS in Business Field or Similar
  • Requirements:
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, active clearance preferred
    • Minimum 3 years experience as a Program Scheduler on complex DoD programs, 10 years + experience preferred
    • Experience with Milestones Professional preferred
    • Extensive experience integrating tiered master plans & schedules on DoD programs as well as developing IMS architecture. Lead and manage schedule implementations.
    • Advanced experience with multiple scheduling tools and add-ons
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office Tools
    • Proven ability to work with a server-based Enterprise Project Control tool (e.g. Microsoft Project Server or equivalent)
    • Ability to effectively conduct critical path analysis on IMS in a timely manner
    • Recommend and/or implement remedial action to correct adverse trends and situations
    • Experience resource loading, identifying and resolving over-allocations, and resource reporting in Microsoft Project
    • Experience with cost & schedule integration
    • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS); successful development of EV solutions in IMP/IMS
    • Experience with DCMA 14 Point assessments
    • Meet constantly changing deadlines and accept new assignments with varying requirements; deliver to a high level of completeness and accuracy.
