As a program and project management spe cia list, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a seasoned program and project management spe cia list who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

As a leader on our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of empowering our clients in achieving their mission and objectives. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience developing and delivering hardware-based solutions in a project or program management role
• Experience using Microsoft Project to build and manage project delivery
• Experience writing technical proposals
• Experience managing delivery to a contract
• Ability to function independently as a self-starter and manage work efficiently
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget for all elements of a project
• Ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks to senior leadership

Nice If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience using EVMS to manage project budget s and schedules
• Experience managing research and development programs
• Experience managing programs to design and deliver integrated hardware and sof tware systems
• Experience working with suppliers and managing product delivery to a set of requirements
• Experience using the Agile framework and the Sprint or Scrum approach to project management
• Knowledge of Solid Works or similar 3D CAD design sof tware
• Possession of excellent problem resolution and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred ;
  Master’s degree in Engineering a plus
• Project Management Professional Certification
