Electronics Technician

TechINT is recruiting for a skilled individual to work on site at the Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center (TEDAC) Technical Exploitation Unit (TExU). The successful applicant will perform electronic and trend analysis of IEDs and associated components to include device identification, radio frequency and signal characterization, electrical schematic reconstruction, electronic data recovery and possible trends in IED related matters. • Perform circuit analysis of electronic circuits & schematics to determine functionality.
• Develop accurate schematics of complicated devices in various conditions in a timely fashion.
• Conduct soldering/de-soldering of electronic components, reverse engineering, schematic generation, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Accurately enter characteristics of devices into databases & other tools for further analysis.

• Associate degree in electronics or other applicable field and relevant professional experience.
• Experience with common electronics equipment, including digital multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Experience with wireless communications or remote-control applications, analog and digital modulations, digital signal processing (DSP), or RF test and measurement
• Experience with the design and development of electronic hardware
• Ability to pay excellent attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have TS clearance
• Must be a US citizen
