Project Manager – Land Development

A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm is looking for a Project Manager to lead their growing team. If you’re a seasoned P.E with a passion for shaping communities, we want to connect with you.

• Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects.
• Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers.

• Work with a nationally ranked and established engineering firm – ENR’s TOP 500 design firm.
• Holder of multiple award-winning projects – ASCE Award of Merit.

• Local presence with national impact, actively engaged with communities and local partners.

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E. in AL.
• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development (residential, master-planned, mixed-use).
• 1‑2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred.
• Experience with municipal and country project coordination is preferred.
