Overview

HARDWARE PRODUCT MANAGER Join our team as a Product Manager where you will help shape real solutions for our customers. Work that directly supports missions and solves meaningful problems. You will define product roadmaps, understand customer needs and partner with dedicated teams across Program Management, Engineering and Manufacturing. Keep programs on track by watching cost, schedule and performance. This role offers the chance to make a real impact!

Responsibilities
  • Define product vision and roadmap aligned with US and International customer priorities and the company growth strategy.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept through development and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR, DFARS, and other defense regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis research to identify capability gaps and opportunities.
  • Interface with US and International customers and prime contractors to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Prepare program documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), specifications, system design, and compliance reports.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on mission feedback.
  • Monitor, manage and report project cost, schedule and performance metrics to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal preparations, pricing strategies, and compliance reviews for new opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field;
    Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of product management within the defense industry (or similar).
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and contracting.
  • Proven experience supporting DoD or government contracts.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality systems in a regulated environment.
  • Active or ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business disciplines.
  • Strong strategic decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
