TSC’s is seeking an
** Electronics Technician
** located in our
** Huntsville, AL
** to support our production division.
** Responsibilities:
** Troubleshoot electronic assemblies down to the component level to support product reliability and repair, while diagnosing and resolving issues in both RF and digital systems to return failed units to full functionality. Log and interpret test data, collaborating with peers to identify trends and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Work closely with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process enhancements, and communicate proactively with management and team members to align on goals and improve throughput.

Set up, calibrate, and validate test systems to ensure accuracy and repeatability, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Remain adaptable in a dynamic manufacturing environment, responding effectively to shifting priorities and production demands.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Associate degree related to aerospace or electronics and at least 4 years of production and/or assembly experience
* US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
* Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Strong understanding of electrical tools and equipment; crimpers, dies, multimeter, presses, connectors, contacts, wire gauges/types, soldering, etc.
* Ability to assembly, test, rework, repair according to IPC Standards
* Experience working in a design team environment with vendors, customers and peer engineers
