PositionResponsibilities
- Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
- Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim pre-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)- 3+ years’ experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
- 1+ years’ experience working with or supporting military and/or defense products
- Ability to work any shift, as needed, based on business operations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Previous knowledge / experience with LEAN
- Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees.
- Active US security clearance
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
ShiftThis position will be supporting and assigned to B Shift; however, may need to work other shifts as assigned based on changing business conditions
Additional InformationThis position may require travel up to 10% of the time

Summary pay range: $111,350 - $150,650 USD
