is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Senior Systems Engineer position.

• Provide systems engineering, technical analysis and guidance to multiple stakeholders, external organizations and international partners.
• Identify deficiencies for Engineering Technical Reviews; develop courses of action and recommend mitigations for resolution.
• Lead Working Groups during the absence of Civilian or Military Chairs.
• Lead Technical Interchange Meetings across multiple technical disciplines and time-zones.

• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have at least a Master of Science in a STEM related field.
• Must have an active Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
• The candidate must have 12 or more years of related experience in Missile Defense or large Acquisition program.
• Demonstrated Experience in Aerospace Industry through large projects, Radars, Missiles, Rockets, Spacecraft, or Aircraft.
• Experience leading a collaborative team is required, including a dispersed team of Government, Contractors, and Prime Developers.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience briefing CEO and/or General Officer level.

• MDA Experience is desired.
• A fundamental understanding of Missile Defense program office activities is a plus.
• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience is desired.
