• Drive advancement, oversight, and strategic planning of existing and emerging missile defense systems.
• Provide expert guidance in defining, managing, and executing requirements traceability with precision.
• Lead the establishment and operation of the MDA Program Office, ensuring its success and growth.
• Cultivate collaborative technical exchanges within the MDA engineering community to enhance innovation and synergy.

• Master’s degree in a STEM field.
• 20+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Active DoD security clearance at the Secret level or above.
• Technical expertise supporting government and contracting staff in systems and digital engineering.
• Experience developing, managing, and planning for current and future missile defense capabilities.
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and providing recommendations on functional requirements and quality checks on technical documentation and products.
• Senior‑level experience in document development, presentations, change requests, and other engineering products.
• Experience interacting and supporting high‑level government customers (Senior NH‑4 director‑level and above).
• Understanding of Industry/DoD engineering best practices and mature communication skills.
